OK, let's try a classic. Chimera has been around quite while, and is pretty primitive. The newest version (2.0a15) is a beta that is apparently not being developed. I had to twiddle with the thing to get it to compile - I misremember exactly what it was, but it wasn't too challenging. A binary is available in /home/ftp/users/c/cstuart if you want to try it.
